At 38, Neil has been involved in social work practice since he was 19.

Fully qualified in social work, enhanced CRB checked, registered with the general council, and fully first aid trained, Neil’s experience lead to the foundation of Excel21.

Neil’s experience in social work has spanned residential, child protection, adoption, fostering, fostering panel chair, management and training.

Today Neil successfully runs three businesses which he actively participates in.

As a consultant social worker, Neil offers his professional opinion to independent investigations, form F assessments and a range of training aimed at all areas of social work.

As an independent trainer and social worker, Neil operates Excel21, offering a range of training services from team building to life coaching
